What We Do?


When it is hard to afford necessities like food, shelter, and clothing; education becomes a luxury that the poor give up. Kartavya Foundation searches such students and their needs and help them with the school uniform, school fees, shoes, stationary item etc.

● Frequent programs on birthday occasions & other functions aligned with dress distribution, school fees submission, stationary items distribution

● Kartavya Foundation having cycle bank through which students are using cycles.

● Foundation arranged a NDRF onsite visit to Sudumbare NDRF branch for 150+ students in which NDRF personals demonstrated their instruments and explained their work strategy to support in disaster scenarios.

● Arranged sports, drawing, rangoli etc. competitions & science exhibition in schools

● Renovation support to pre primary school

Awards and Recognisation's


The need of the hour is thus a two pronged approach – first to bring quality healthcare services to doorsteps of the needy and second to promote healthcare awareness and contemporary healthcare seeking behaviour among the underprivileged.

● Kartavya Foundation organises health check camps, arrange second level diagnosis and surgeries in case if needed for the needy one along with necessary support

● Foundation arranged a eye cataract check up camp followed by cataract surgery of 24 people out of 278 patients after cataract test and primary health fitness test.

● Arranged cancer tests check-up camp for women.

● Arranged Garbha Sanskar and preventive for women & curative health check-up camps program for all.

Social Contribution

Foundation targets the people who are below poverty line. Also creates income opportunity for those poor people and train them with proper skill development sessions.

● Monthly grocery distribution to 35+ poor families

● Initiated automated RO water mineral plant

● Helping with initial investment amount/material to the people who are poor but willing to start their own income

● Serving drinking mineral water to the pilgrims visiting in Sant Tukaram Bij.

● Foundation members visited to flood affected sites in Sangli & Satara and helped them with food, clothes and other things which helps in day to day life

● Provided borewells in the areas having no water services
